The Cuvette Holder Block is designed to hold a standard laboratory square cuvette inside of an optical system. Other components can be connected to any of the 4 sides with either Prizmatix Optiblock modules using locking pins or via standard SM1 internal threading

Typically, an LED is be connected to the holder for excitation and a fiber coupler for signal collection. A photodiode module can be attached to a 3^rd port for reference.

Standard 1” filters can be installed on any of the four ports.
